Welcome to Mate Dating App. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mate mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Mate Dating App ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Mate and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You can form a binding contract with Mate Dating App.
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
  • You have never been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense.

2. Your Account

In order to use Mate, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at mate.connects@gmail.com.

3. User Conduct and Safety

Mate is a platform for building meaningful relationships. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, or defame any person.
  • Post any content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without their explicit consent.
  • Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

Mate reserves the right to investigate and terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way that Mate regards as inappropriate or unlawful.

4. User Generated Content (UGC)

You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, or display on the Service ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, and modify your Content for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any Content, in whole or in part, that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or may harm the reputation of the Service.

5. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time by going to the Account Deletion page or through the settings in the mobile application. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mate Dating App, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Mate Dating App assumes no liability or responsibility for the conduct of any user or the interactions you have with other users. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mate Dating App makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
