We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your account on the Mate dating app, please follow the simple steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Mate app and go to App Settings.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Tap Submit.
What Happens Next
Once you submit the form, your deletion request will be initiated.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted by our team within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that once the deletion process is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
